Intelligent Document Verification is a powerful, API-driven solution designed to streamline the verification of important business documents, such as financial statements, purchase orders, tax certificates, and more. This service automates the analysis process, saving your business time and reducing the risk of human error.



Upload the Document

Start by uploading your document (currently in PDF format) via an API-generated presigned URL or directly through our provided application. Once you upload your document you will receive a unique task_id to track the document during the verification process.

AI Document Analysis

Once the document is uploaded, the AI engine analyzes it. This automated process usually takes about 30 seconds for small documents up to a few minutes for larger files.

Get the Results

After the analysis is complete, the API or application will deliver a summary of key information extracted such as company names, registration numbers, or if a signature exists etc. Any verification checks are also completed here such as if the document is recent (less than 3 months old for example). The results can be retrieved using the same task_id you received during the upload stage.
