This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the services offered by Melio AI, Inc. and its affiliates ("Services") and our website(s), including https://www.highwind.ai/ ("Highwind Site"). By accessing the Highwind Site or using the Services, you agree to the latest version of this Policy. For additional details, please refer to our Cloud Service Agreement. Highwind reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Highwind Site. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

1. Purpose of Use

The Highwind platform is intended to provide businesses with access to customizable AI solutions via its marketplace. You may use the platform only for lawful, authorized, and ethical purposes in accordance with this Policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Highwind platform to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Engaging in activities that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations.
• Conducting fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful practices, including money laundering and financial crimes.

2.2 Harmful Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users.
• Disseminating hate speech, discriminatory content, or obscene material.

2.3 Misuse of AI Solutions

• Utilizing AI solutions to deceive, harm, or manipulate individuals or entities.
• Creating or deploying unethical or discriminatory algorithms.

2.4 System Abuse

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of Highwind systems or data.
• Overloading the platform with excessive API requests, unauthorized automation, or other disruptive activities.
• Sharing, sublicensing, or reselling access to the Services without explicit authorization.

2.5 Intellectual Property Infringements

• Violating copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of Highwind or third parties.
• Uploading, sharing, or distributing content without proper authorization or ownership rights.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Highwind platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and use.
• Immediately report any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security breaches.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Policy.

4. Additional Provisions for Buyers and Sellers

4.1 Buyers

Buyers must:

• Use purchased AI solutions solely as permitted by the applicable licensing terms outlined in the Cloud Service Agreement.
• Refrain from modifying, reverse engineering, redistributing, or misusing purchased solutions.
• Accurately communicate requirements during trials and purchases.

4.2 Sellers

Sellers must:

• Submit only AI solutions they own or are authorized to distribute in accordance with the Cloud Service Agreement and the Marketplace Seller Agreement
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles and applicable laws.
• Accurately represent their solutions, including features, limitations, and pricing.
• Provide timely updates, support, and communication to buyers as agreed.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Highwind reserves the right to:

• Monitor user activity to enforce compliance with this Policy.
• Investigate potential violations and implement appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating accounts or access.
• Cooperate with law enforcement or other regulatory authorities as required.

6. Consequences of Violations

Violation of this Policy may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Services.
• Termination of user accounts or specific privileges.
• Reporting of violations to relevant authorities, where applicable.
• Legal remedies, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

7. Modifications to the Policy

Highwind may update this Policy at its discretion by posting the updated version on the Highwind Site. Continued use of the Services following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
